This academy location is always busy, but the staff makes sure they acknowledge you and they inform you they'll be with you shortly. Great manager also, extremely nice and very friendly. I didn't catch his name but he was a tall fellow with red hair. He trains his staff well. Kudos to this academy team for providing outstanding customer service! Great job y'all! Keep it up! I will drive out of my way to come to this locaton because the people here actually care about the customer.

He was friendly, patient, and really knew his stuff. Reggie went out of his way to help me find exactly what I needed and made the whole shopping trip smooth and enjoyable. On top of that, Reggie had such a bright, positive personality that it made the entire shopping trip even better. Highly recommend shopping here and if you get help from Reggie, you’re in great hands!

Sat there and waited for 20 minutes which completely understandable when you have one person taking care of 4 customers but then to finally get helped the employee types in my incorrect information and I was denied. Things happen I get it but instead of making the change right away we had to wait until he was finished taking care of someone else to get back to us. Jordan was absolutely terrible! I hope he is good at something else because customer service ain't it!
