  I used to find a lot of like little hidden gems you just had to look for it but lately it's just a lot of the same old same old like a bunch of just raggedy t-shirts the shoe selection is not as good as it used to be and the shirts and dresses also are not as good as they used to be. It literally went from finding neat stuff at a good price to feeling like I'm shopping at TJ Maxx a little bit the staff is wonderful the store is usually very organized it's just the options are not as varied as they used to be and they seem to go with like one style of shirt and then all the shirts are in that style. It's great if you like that one style but the last few times I've been in I couldn't find tan sandals what should be the easiest thing in the world to find at Nordstrom Rack or a non sweater seasonally appropriate shirt that was not silky or super high neck or a legit sweater. I still try to shop here though because I do try to keep the faith that one day I'm going to find that one really item type deal, like I used to💔

  I bought nyx bronzer and it was broken the cashier never mentioned it was final sale when I got home it was broken and they said they can’t return it bcz it was final sale. Wasted of money and my time I will never go back there and even the manager is not helpful she didn’t even listen to me.

  Customer service has been going down in the U.S and these big companies coming up with policy to put it all on customers. They’re jacking up the price, also lowering the price to attract customers to make sales. I bought the perfume but the scent is not strong enough like It should be, I really don’t want to keep a perfume bottle that I’m not gonna be able to use. So I came back to return within 30 days but they said them policy is no return for beauty items. When I checked out, no one informed me that. They put up a sign expecting the customer to see it. But if you live in America long enough, you’ll see what I mean, the quality of customer service has been gone down significantly. I’ll never go to Nordstrom rack store again. I’ll just live a simple life, the best way to adapt to these policy that companies putting out to customers. I just wanted to write this review to let everyone know to be careful before buying beauty items. Or if you need to, Macys is better!
