I took it back and ask the girl if they had a return policy on makeup- she never once apologized or asked me about it. Just went straight to ringing my return up. What happened to customer service? Nordstrom used to excel in this area. I assume they are on commission and were mad but I don’t care! If ya wanna not have returns sell better products!

I believe there is no place for hate at Nordstrom, but they kept this young woman and didn’t even acknowledge my complaint. In this day and age racism is unacceptable AND should NEVER be excused.

She really went above and beyond to give me ACTUAL advice and made me feel so confident and comfortable. I went in again yesterday to get a casual dress and saw her again! I feel like i walked in looking for dresses and left with a friend, LOL Highly highly recommend checking out the dress section upstairs, everyone up there is super knowledgeable and friendly!! They train them so well!
