I wanted the bag by my anniversary which was in a few days, but they weren’t sure it would be here in time. To my surprise it arrived the day before my anniversary. I’m so happy and I love the bag. The manager Dielha answered my call and was very kind and prompt when I asked about the specific bag I was looking for. They had it in stock and we were able to do a purchase through Nordstroms because this location is a small store located inside a Nordstroms. The transaction went smoothly and I will be receiving my bag in about 3-4 business days. I highly recommend this store for any Longchamp purchases. They were on top of everything. They even will gift wrap my purchase. They were very professional and provided great customer service. I am pleased with my overall purchase over the phone.
