Less than five minutes after purchasing it — with the box completely unopened — I tried to return it. First, the salesperson didn’t give me any receipt at all. Then he said he needed to “message the owner” to see if a return was possible. I waited there, and he later told me he wasn’t sure if the owner would even reply today — maybe tomorrow. He refused to take back an item I had bought only a few minutes earlier. This is not how a trustworthy business should operate. There is zero customer service, no transparency, and no accountability. I do not recommend buying from this place or supporting a business that treats customers this way.
