- AMAlex MartinezNov 15, 20251.0Went to buy a gun from here about a month ago. The service was absolutely horrible. Took forever to get someone to get into the gun safe. Was told they had something i wanted. I waited and waited then waited some more. Finally someone came. The guy came out with a case that i was pretty sure wasnt the one i was looking for. Took forever to open it up to comfirm it was the one i was looking for. When he finally got to me, he opened it up and sure enough, it was a different model than the one he told me they had. I was of course dissapointed. So i got another one that i wanted. It took 3 hours plus to get in and out. My background check usually takes 15-30 minutes. It was two black guys one tall and skinny he seemed pretty knowlegable but was not very helpful, one short white lady, and another new girl. They took so long, the elderly lady in front of me said nevermind she had to go. I was also in a hurry because there was a bad storm coming. Almost died multiple times on my way home cuz the storm was so bad. If they did what they were supposed to do i would have gotten home in time to avoid the storm. I had never ever waited that long to get service for anything, especially not guns and i buy guns all the time. Yall have to get some people who knows about guns behind that counter. It was absolutely ridiculous. I had to help an elderly customer and teach her some things the guy behind the counter should have been able to teach her. Took 3 hours to get my gun. Thats waay too long. Every employee was running around like headless chickens. All customers were frustrated and losing their patience. I will never put myself in that situation ever again

And items in different locations Also when I was trying to look for something, it was hard to find.HelpAs I couldn't really find a person to help me find what I was looking for or a good thing was the checking up very friendly.I check out but honestly that was about the best thing.I could have given this location

When I tried to complain to the guy that was working with her at the front he claimed he was the manager but he didn't really listen to me he just ignored me too like he was scared of her so I asked for another manager Amy came and took care of everything
