At checkout I tried telling the lady helping us I didn't have a phone number on my account (I joined with an email account years ago) she said I can't look it up via an email account anymore and HAD to have a phone number. I still get emails from Academy so obviously I'm still a member. Probably our last trip because customer service should matter. She wouldn't lookup my account to update it and put my phone number in so we will shop elsewhere.
