- KLKimberly LoefflerDec 24, 20251.0Horribly unprofessional, tried to deal with Customer Service and they were just a cluster of noncooperation I got switched around several times and then ended up with people that not only did not listen to me but it was very apparent that they were reading off of a pre-screening card. Because after I told them about me coming into the store and having this whole experience they asked me what my online order was…that told me I had to go into the store to speak to the store manager to file a complaint because my complaint was not an online order. When they contacted the store manager (did not tell me her name or contact number) I was told I had to come in to make a complaint. I don’t have time for that during Christmas. It was very unprofessional of the sales lady to be on her phone, slammed my jewelry down as I was looking at it, and then overcharge me without letting me see the sale tag that I asked for her to show me. So when I’ve asked for a refund I was told to go into the store to talk to the manager. I don’t live in Oak Ridge so this was not a convenient option for me I found it to be very rude and unprofessional the way it was handled by Customer Service
