Not sure why the store exists if the selection is narrower here than other retailers that carry Carhartt. An employee (who was trying to be helpful, and I appreciate her) told me they could order them for me, but that's WHY I came to the store. I have to power to order from the website, everyone does, that's how websites work.

We were glad we were shopping this far ahead of the holidays. Carhartt's product is such good quality. And it's sales staff is top notch too! Joel helped us find what we wanted; he was able to get the right size for my husband out of the back because the rack on the floor had sold out of it. He was professional and friendly; he told us about the Loyalty Program and signed me up when we checked out. I'm looking forward to using my earned discount(s). We will definitely be returning to this store for it's quality product and helpful staff.
