And we were taken back by the difference in culture that we experienced in this store. Jim greeted us like we were being welcomed into his home, my husband thought Jim was the owner by how much he cared about the products and the experience we had. He took the time to not just show my husband where pants were at, but also took the time to tell him about what sets Carhart apart from other pants in the market down to the process of them being made, what makes different materials wear different over time, and different styles. The store was clean, organized, and I saw a full size range for every item we looked at. As someone who worked in retail for 7 years Jim and the other associates at the store will be the difference of us coming into the store to shop instead of shopping online. Thank you giving us a great experience.
