I was totally impressed with William who helped me pick out the bike and helmet and loaded it in my car. The cashier was great too. I had gone to two other stores looking for a bike, and could not get help. Just when I thought customer service was a dying art, William stepped up and went above my expectations.

I went in for a few items found only one ask a employee if they had batteries for a bore sight he had no clue.just said if we have batteries they would be up front that was it.very disappointed.
