  Absolutely Appalling Management Where do I even begin with this disaster of a shopping experience? The store manager here is single-handedly destroying what could be a decent establishment through sheer incompetence and unprofessionalism. During my recent visit, I witnessed this manager berating employees in front of customers, creating an atmosphere so toxic you could cut it with a knife. When I approached them about a legitimate concern with a defective product, they rolled their eyes, sighed dramatically, and acted like I was personally ruining their day by asking for basic customer service. The manager's complete lack of organizational skills is evident everywhere - shelves are perpetually understocked, the checkout lines move at a glacial pace because they can't properly schedule staff, and don't even get me started on the chaos that passes for inventory management. I've seen better leadership skills from a soggy napkin. What really sealed the deal was watching them argue with a elderly customer over a clearly posted sale price, doubling down on their mistake rather than simply checking the system. No accountability, no problem-solving skills, and zero understanding of basic customer relations. The poor employees look miserable and overworked while this manager seems to spend most of their time hiding in the back office. It's painfully obvious they're in way over their head and have no business being in a leadership position. Save yourself the headache and shop literally anywhere else until corporate gets their act together and finds someone who actually knows how to run a store. This place is a masterclass in how NOT to manage retail. Management response would probably blame everyone except themselves anyway.

  We went to NR in Franklin; we’re familiar with this store from all of our Chicago trips. A few pros but also has a few cons: Pros: Very clean store; also the staff were kind and helpful. Cons: clothing and shoe were lacking. Shoe options for larger sizes were limited…very limited. They had other nice finds (purses, luggage, etc.). But this won’t be my “Go to” store for business clothing or shoes.

  Not really an exciting place to visit. Clothes, even marked down, are incredibly expensive. It’s understandable why they would open a location here, but some of the area can’t afford 1,000 pants. Pass.
