While browsing, I met a gentleman named Terry, who was extremely motivated, helpful, and positive. He took the time to show me a few options and then introduced me to another employee he spoke very highly of — LaDonna. Terry’s respect and pride for his team were immediately clear, and once LaDonna arrived, I quickly understood why. She went above and beyond for over an hour, pulling out every style and size to help me find the perfect fit. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied with my choice. I was truly impressed by both Terry and LaDonna’s professionalism and teamwork. Their exceptional service made this shopping experience one of the best I’ve ever had. It’s rare to find this level of dedication and respect within retail, and it speaks volumes about the leadership and culture at this location. Please extend my highest appreciation and recognition to Terry and LaDonna — they exemplify what excellent customer service should look like.
