I went in to return a couple of unused, tag-on, online purchases. The store is convenient, but the associate’s attitude was off-putting from the start—no greeting, just a dismissive “What up?” and “What’s wrong with them?” It wasn’t even the words as much as the tone. The interaction improved as I ignored his behavior and conversed normally, but first impressions matter. This location could really benefit from some basic customer-service training. I actually started to try on another jacket but I was so put off by the interaction I just said to himself, “not from this store”
