- NKNacim KhelifiOct 23, 20232.0They butcher 35mm color negative film. Negatives come back thin and scans are muddy. Black and white film is developed properly but that's only because they have to send it somewhere else for 3 weeks. I suspect they aren't developing at the right settings, or maybe they are using bad chemicals, regardless, would not recommend. Go to don's photo, your pictures are actually treated with respect
