  I don’t know whoever is on counter have face like she just have fight with someone at her or his home( not sure if that person is he or she) .

  I went to Michael Kors to return my shoes because I ended up not liking them so I went to return them today and the staff was so RUDE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. I waited in line for about a good 8 minutes and when it was my turn she skipped my turn and served the person behind me because I had Return. She was making weird faces to her colleges she told her her colleges to put my shoes in the back and laughed at him while telling him it was return. I don't like putting bad reviews but this was so disgusting never coming back staff have no manners at all on how to treat their costumers. Also noticed that the where being extremely polite with lighter skin tones and when darker came along or with religious clothing they ABSOLUTELY IGNORED THEM.

  Had the worst experience i have ever had at an MK, The only “available” person to help me acted like he couldn’t even see me because of what I was wearing. I’ve shopped at Gucci, Louis, and they ALL treated me with equal respect but just because I wasn’t wearing my designer clothes and shoes, and didn’t have any makeup on they quite literally pretended like I didn’t exist. My card wouldn’t go through because I forgot I couldn’t tap over $100 so the woman at the till was clearly getting impatient and made me feel SO unwelcome and unwanted in their store. But the second I came back with cash they could. not. WAIT to help me, I am still so absolutely disgusted with these workers. if I could give this location zero stars I would but others deserve to know what theyre walking into before they get discriminated against as well.
