On the day before I had checked in on the top and the embroidery place said they weren’t able to have it ready in time. Makayla the store manager kept in touch with me each day to see if there was anything she could do. She went to the embroidery place herself and even called other embroidery places to see if she could get it done in time. She was even able to get me a new shirt. She did everything possible and checked to see how the ceremony went. I’m thankful for the help of Makayla and her staff. She has great customer service.
