  My friend and I had the best experience here. We passed by and recognized it from the Macy's Herald Square holiday market. We walked in to check it out and decided to make a hat and it turned out to be so fun. We had the pleasure to have the help of the amazing staff, Ari, who was so pleasant and patient. She helped curate the perfect hats for my friend and I. We got so many compliments about our hats during the trip. I highly recommend this activity for a great souvenir while visiting Charleston.

  my friends and i went here on a bachorlette trip. it was a rainy day and we thought this would be fun. the concept was very cool and we all loved our hats/bags but the price & quality assurance don’t align. my first day having the bag i notice 2 patches lifting and a pin already falling out (lucky i caught it). it’s now been a few weeks, i have used the bag 2 times since charleston, not from lack of wanting to but the risk of me losing something… so far i have 3 lifting patches & 3/5 of my pins are gone, for $100 i would expect a little more use. if it were just me alone, whatever, but all 6 people who purchased from this store that day have now had lifting or something just fall off. we collectively spent close to $600 and we were promised quality, instead we are left constantly stressed checking our bags, hats, and floor for pins and patches whenever we try to wear our $50-100 items.

  The Coolest idea!! We had so much fun designing a hat for my daughter's birthday. The girl working could not have been more helpful, she was amazing!!! We need one of these in Greenville SC please.
