The jacket wasn’t worn, but the manager refused to process the return, claiming it was “used” after she start checking the jacket simply because there was only one hair found on it, but when my wife told that may happened due to testing the jacket, the manager and after thinking told my wife that the zipper of the jacket was used ( till now I can’t understand what she meant !! ), after these unacceptable refuse reason and insist the manager to not return the jacket , my daughter called Ralph Laurent customer service telling them what happened and submitted a claim on this store, then the manager told my wife that she was thinking to return the jacket but after your daughter submitted a claim I will not. I understand stores have policies, but the manager showed no willingness to listen or offer any reasonable solution. The way I was treated was dismissive and unprofessional. For a store that claims to value customer satisfaction, this experience showed the opposite. I won’t be shopping here again and wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone expecting fair treatment or understanding customer service.

I witnessed a situation where she refused to return a sweater for a girl, even though it was clear the girl was right. Even the other staff members seemed uncomfortable and sided with the customer. It was really unpleasant to see such behavior from someone in a management position. I expected much better service from a brand like Ralph Lauren.
