  As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a smiling awesome guy, Dream. He could not have been more helpful as he went out of his way to find me a bathing suit in the winter time!!! He 1000% not only showed exceptional customer service, but he demonstrated natural leadership/management qualities. I never leave “reviews” but I felt I had to as he deserves to be recognized. Keep it up Dream you are management material, as the team is lucky to have you!!! I know you will move up that corporate ladder, quickly. -Mike

  Shopped here earlier today with my boyfriend and had an absolutely horrible experience. Almost immediately, we were hounded by 4 different associates asking if we needed help with anything (all asked within a total time of 2min). Then, we were asked if we needed a bag for our single item (we were the only ones in the store they gave this to). We just took the bag and continued shopping only to be silently and obviously followed by 3 more different employees the entire time — literally surrounding us as we made our way around the store. Also, multiple of the same employees from before again asking if we needed help over and over. Obviously, they must have profiled us for some reason and thought we might be stealing. It was such an uncomfortable experience. They weren’t doing this to anyone else in the store. I am honestly frustrated at myself that I didn’t say anything right then and there and that we still ended up purchasing hundreds of dollars worth of items. Will never EVER come here again. Don’t treat your customers like this!!!!! And looking through the reviews, it seems like they do this often!!!!! 0 stars.

  The customer service was amazing at the PRL at Pocono outlet. They were patient and helpful when we forgot our receipt at home to exchange some shirts for a size smaller. Everyone was kind, nice and willing to help us

  The store is well organized, but there aren't many items. Everything I wanted to buy here was sold out.

  I actually love this store but I’m pretty disappointed that the word outlet is included as I find that the sales are minimal. I haven’t been here in years and just stopped in on Memorial Day and wanted a few things but the prices were still not so great. So found a short sleeve polo I liked. Regular price was $110 with some discount and an extra 15% off for Memorial Da. I always think outlet store so thought the regular price for this shirt would already be discounted but it definitely wasn’t. So after Memorial Day sale and discount the price paid was $78, which I feel is much higher than it should be for an outlet store or a shirt that was from a prior season, regardless if it’s Ralph Lauren. Other brands win in this category.
