- MCMei ying Chiu6 days ago1.0This was my first time at Ralph Lauren in Pennsylvania, and it was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I know there are purchase limits every winter, but if you're planning to buy gifts or things for your family here, BE AWARE that this year they only allow FIVE items of the SAME FABRIC, even if they are different styles and genders. I took an UBER for an hour round trip to this outlet, only to be limited to five items. The staff were also rude, saying they needed to check my address and shopping history. I'm from New York, so I don't know if this is racial discrimination or if there really is such a restriction this year, but this shopping experience was terrible, and I will never come to this outlet again.
