They sand me a defective product, and when I called to let them know, they lectured me on how well stored their items are. As if it made a difference that they send me a scratched up toy. Mind you, I had send pictures and a video to prove my complaint.. In my conversation, I was cut off several times, and finally called her out on it. I finally got a return label and send back the items. The defective product was part of a gift set. The return was delivered on November 25. I am writing this review on January 4th. Still haven’t received my refund , or any correspondence. I called and was told the managers are going on a 2 week vacation and no one is there to handle that. How a company says no one is available to deal with refunds, during the busiest return season , is beyind me.save yourself the frustration.
