  We visited the Carhartt store in Ross Park Mall today on this insane Black Friday. When we entered the exceptionally busy store, we were immediately approached by Terry. He was greeting everyone and keeping the foot traffic flow moving. As we roamed down the 1st aisle, we were approached by Dawn. She helped us find both of our grand babies new winter coats, a new wallet and work gloves for my son. Even with about 60 people in the store, she answered every question that we asked her. We were about 10th in line with what seemed like a day long, neverending line. We were greeted by Michelle at the register. She didn't even seem fazed with the constant flow of shoppers. The store was packed but they kept the line moving. As I looked around the store, everyone was very busy, yet they all seemed happy. What an amazing group of workers at Carhartt. You guys could make a living training other stores how to do it right! A+++++

  I went in for boots and a new winter coat not knowing exactly which coat would work best for my needs, but Mia helped me out and picked out the perfect winter coat that fit what I needed and still looks good! It's so comfortable and the boots I ordered were the perfect size. I didn't have any break in time with them and Overall I had a great time in the store. The staff is super patient and friendly and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend going to see them if you are in the area and need more information or aren't sure what will be the perfect gear!

  I would like to say I really enjoyed my shopping experience in the Carhartt store in Ross Park Mall . The sales associate Colleen had excellent customer service in helping with my purchase. Thank You for your professionalism at your job, greatly appreciated .
