- LBLauren BlairOct 17, 20251.0IF I COULD I WOULD DO A 0 STAR FOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Worse customer service I ever dealt with and 0% accountability to assist you when a package is lost. Their customer service staff all have attitude or clueless in a situation. They won't offer a refund when a package is worse, its worse they blame the customer and basically say for the customer to figure it out with the carrier. They offer no support and no option for a solution.

I came in early evening to this store, simply minding my own business and taking the time to look around which I can't always do as a mother of two toddlers, only to be hounded by the staff. Everywhere I went, everything I picked up would not go unnoticed by the guy in the back and the woman at the front. I actually confronted her and asked if there's an issue with me shopping in the store because they were all making me feel really uncomfortable. The weird thing is, the guy working there never bothered to check how many items I had when wanting to use the fitting room. Bizarre behavior from a pretty empty store. Never had this kind of interaction before and hope I never will again!
