This woman had the audacity to get frustrated with me and impatiently asked me “What do you want?” I am furious about the way I was spoken to, when I was just trying to be helpful. You guys just lost a lot of customers over this phone call. Also, thousands in purchases that I was going to spend today. Terrible customer service! This woman should not be in any type of management position. Owner/general management, do yourself a favor and listen to the phone call.
