- KLKristen LincolnNov 4, 20251.0I have had a not so good experience with this location. I just recently started at a private practice that uses their embroidery and both times were not great. The first embroidery experience they did not put a name on my scrubs (was not told i had to specify a name at my job so this was 50/50) then i went back a few months later to get more scrub tops with my name on them and our logo and was told that they have switched embroiders unbeknownst to our practice, not only that, i originally only paid 7$ for a logo, and now the logo was 10$ and my name was 15$ additional, per shirt… They also did not know where to place them on the shirt. I have called today to get an ETA on both of my scrub tops only to be hit with a voice message and no way to leave a voice mail, it immediately hangs up after the message plays, and NOBODY has returned my call with an update on scrub tops i paid 100$ for. I hope this review will help you all improve your customer service and embroidery services.
