- KKKathyNov 6, 20251.0Oxford Valley Mall was wonderful in the 70's and 80's. Today it is in disrepair, and the stores are no longer required to be open during Mall hours. As a result many stores (i.e. J.C. Penney) close by 7 pm. The one side of the parking lot appears to be a tractor trailer depot. When it rains the roof leaks in multiple places and there are buckets around to catch the water. I have been hearing rumors for years that OVM is going to be renovated, and I really hope that happens, but right now it is pretty dismal.
