He was extremely knowledgeable and could answer any question I asked in great detail. He took his time making sure I understood everything, and asked me questions to help decide what product would work best for me. I won’t go into detail but the amount of attitude I was given because I didn’t inform the individual doing check-ins that I was an employee of Ascend. I politely said you do know that information is available at the time of printing the order ticket. He still gave me attitude. You know who you are and I know you will see this review and when I said it’s not that big a deal you should’ve adjusted your attitude and tone and just let it go. I hope y’all get the help y’all need to be more friendly and polite to all customers. Especially those who work for the company. Worst experience ever!!!
