  Do not purchase. Technically sent me a scam. I purchased an Unclaimed mail pallet which was filled with clothing returns from one place. Terrible terrible terrible business.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a used/restored dryer 4 months ago and never received my appliance! At first I had a shipping date and expected arrival date and then the arrival date kept being pushed back. Now I have no arrival date and cannot get Boxflipz to return my countless calls and emails. To no avail, I have requested a full refund for the appliance I did not receive. I am just simply put out by it all and hope that no one else has to experience the awful company that is “Boxflipz”.

  This place is such a scam. If I could give less stars, I would. My friend ordered us a dryer from here. Waited two weeks after it said it was coming, and never got the dryer. We tried calling, leaving voicemail, sending emails, the works. Nothing!!!! Now, our order won’t even show a ship date or any info. Ridiculous!!!!

  Do NOT trust this company. This is a full on scam in every sense of the word. I ordered a dryer from this company over a month ago and it never showed up to my home. I was sent a “preparing shipment” notification along with a date it was expected to get here. I waited two weeks after the said shipment date before I tried to make contact, because I know delays happen. My issue is that I have now tried to contact this company through several emails and countless phone calls/voicemails with my name and order number (as directed on their ‘contact us’ page) and I haven’t gotten a SINGLE response. The day I first called and emailed for customer service, the shipping date was completely wiped and now shows no update on where my order is. It no longer even shows that my shipment is “being prepared.” It’s now been well over a month and I am still calling every day to no avail. I should have read the reviews beforehand, as many many people have had the same issue with this company. At the VERY least, someone should have returned my calls/emails to let me know what is going on with my order. Again, do NOT spend your money with this company, as you will be out hundreds of dollars with no way to make contact with them for an understanding of what’s happening. Stay away from Box Flipz.

  Received my box and it has 4 cartons of expired soup, 8 packages of expired candy, 5 plastic spice trays and 6 XL T-shirt dresses as well as a lot of little items like toothpicks. Not worth the money. I was going to use it for White Elephant at Christmas. It’s all junk and most will be going in the trash.
