I don’t know that I’ve ever experienced an individual or company giving me the run around like KayserBetten. They have continued to ask me for photos/videos of the issues. I received a phone call last week and was told that someone would be calling me to set up a visit this week. I received no calls. I called today and was told, yet again, to send photo/video and then they’d be calling me to schedule for next week. I tried sending photos and video to two separate phone numbers, as well as an email address. They all got kicked back to me as undeliverable. My interactions with this company are abhorrent.
