  Place is a rip off and could careless about bringing in new customers. Called with specific model # for a used carry on samsonite, out of warranty and just wanted to order a replacement for the extending handle...not a chance...' oh we can't do that'...but just bring it in and will send it off for repair$...right , so I can pay 3 x the value of the actual luggage piece!? So much for the good ole days brick and mortar businesses...where the needs of the customers were met...there gone...at least at Samsonite!😡🤬👎👎

  I am so impressed I went in looking for some good luggage for carry-on and Stephanie was a huge help. She even had a measuring tape to help me measure and confirm it was the size I needed to be able to carry onShe found me a back pack style bag that will go over the small carry-on suitcase and also sold me some really cool cubes that will help me to be able to squeeze more things in and the prices were great. I had everything I needed within about 10 minutes. She was delightful. I couldn’t recommend this store more. I got a really good value for the things that I got and I love my new luggage.

  The staff were very helpful: the cashier made sure we didn't buy the wrong size suitcase cover, rang up the purchase without having to scan the luggage itself (because we had already started putting our previous purchases in there). On the other hand, it was a little off-putting when we said that no one had helped us (which was true, before the cashier started helping) and the cashier didn't seem to believe it, as he kept asking other employees, "Did you help these guys?"
