The manager there (shorter Mexican guy) didn’t engage with us at all and seemed like we were a burden when asking him if he had a pair of shorts in a different size. Fast forward two weeks later we come to do a return and it’s him working again. Again he gives my girlfriend a smug looks and rolls his eyes when she said she needed to do a return. We gave him the clothes, receipts and tag but tags were not attached. He said in a very rude tone that he won’t take the returns because the tags aren’t attached to the clothing items. I looked into the policy and it says that they have to be in the original condition which they were but states nothing about having to have a tag attached.i asked to talk to his manager and he wouldn’t give me any info or talk to messy that. He made the experience horrible and needs to work on his people skills tremendously
