I always give the barista my patronage—lots of great choices and several gluten-free snack options. I like their more “cautious approach” with regard to political affiliations, the “Make Your Voice Heard” policy, (unlike the other well known chain at the mall, who I can no longer support due to their support of nefarious operations abroad.)

You just lost a customer that has spent thousands over the years at your store because one of your young Managers who looks like she just got out of high school with a lack of maturity and common sense refused the sales clerk request to do a $49.00 Clinque moisture cream return that irritated my skin because I did not have my receipt. I said a Nordstrom gift card would be fine and this immature Manager wouldn't even do that stating other stores sell this line. I tossed the cream in the trash when I got home. Moving forward I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. By the way don't respond to this complaint with a phony generic response you give all complaints with about sharing this info to improve customer relations. It's really insincere and tacky.
