  I had a wonderful experience with Draven F., a manager at Michael Kors in Washington Square Mall. He guided me thoughtfully through my decision-making process and helped me find true happiness with my new MK work bag. Draven’s excellent advice, grounded in his fashion sense and deep product knowledge, taught me so much about leather and style. I came to the store looking to replace my beloved MK work bag that I had used every day for 10 years. After checking Coach, Kate Spade, TUMI, and many other designer brands, none of their bags stood out to me. Interestingly, Draven said, “You’ve loved your bag for 10 years — you can’t avoid wear and tear. She’s served you well and deserves to retire.” I loved that perspective! He then asked thoughtful questions about my work, my style, and what I carry daily, and showed me two great options to compare. I had always chosen typical black bags, but with his encouraging words — “have a little more fun” — I chose a brand new bag in a beautiful oxblood color. I’m thrilled with my fresh new look and grateful to have learned about different leathers and how to care for them. Lastly, I truly appreciated Draven’s gentle, professional manner. He never pushed or rushed me, but was always available and kind. Thank you, Draven, for turning my shopping experience into something special!

  I was shopping the other day and browsing around when I overheard a woman who I believe might be a manager speaking negatively about either a customer or another employee. It was really unpleasant and unprofessional to hear something like that, especially out on the floor where customers are present. After I overheard the conversation, she gave me a nasty look. She had short, straight, shoulder-length hair, maybe of Asian descent.
