No one wants to help, it's like pulling teeth to have anyone look something up to see if it's in stock or if it says it is no one wants to try and help locate the item. Coming from the Albany location there is a big gap in motivation and give a dam unfortunately in the last three times I've been in this location. Hate to leave a bad review but it's been a consistent observation.

Couple reasons - 1) Terrible people make it next to impossible to find the stuff that used to be on the shelves in a normal spot because thieves have sticky fingers and it hurts the rest of us who want to be law abiding citizens. 2) I got a background check started, and it was taking awhile due to some matters; but little did I know the background check came back approved. I only know it got approved because I went to OSP to ask about it. When I went back to Sportsman’s they told me “Oh, we don’t call people back.” Well when it says my background check is delayed over a month, but gets approved 2 hours later, honestly if I had never gone to OSP, I’d have never known it got approved.
