This is the second time I've had a bad experience at this store and I won't be returning. Brought two pairs of sunglasses in to be repaired, and he was not forthcoming with information, had an attitude with me from the start, and was very condescending. He essentially told me i'm the problem because I wear my sunglasses on my head, which okay, I can understand that's probably not the best for them, but everyone does that. It's extremely unreasonable to cut a customer off mid-sentence to blame them instead of just listening and offering a solution. Needless to say, he shouldn't be working with customers.
