The company's billing department and online customer service are predatory and perplexingly bad. However the guys at the shop have nothing to do with that and just want to get you back on the road. Set up my interlock for a 90day all clear certificate and they made multiple appointments when one could have covered my next costing more money. Asked for my 90day all clear certificate called 3times and at 123 day they found out that I needed another appointment to receive the certificate. hundreds of dollars later, ill be able to get it taken out. Use another company you’ll be great full. (The company also will make payments if you keep your card on record even if you are not set up for auto pay)

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
What can breathalyzers detect?
Breathalyzers only measure your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC).
Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
Ignition Interlock and handheld breathalyzers both test your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), but an Ignition Interlock Device is only installed in vehicles and prevents the car from starting if there is alcohol detected. A handheld breathalyzer only detects alcohol and may tell you the concentration.

Can someone else drive my car?
