  I’ll preface my review by saying that I love my Lululemon pants! I called in asking if I could swing by to have my pants hemmed and was told that I could. I took time away from work to make the drive to their Pearl location. Unfortunately, I showed up and was told by the store’s assistant manager that I couldn’t be helped as I was wearing the pants I wanted to have hemmed. Very poor communication, customer service and a waste of time.

  Lululemon clothing quality has became cheap. My leggings came apart at the seam. I brought them to the store for a repair & apparently they no longer provide this service. For $98 leggings I think that’s the least they could offer.

  Stopped by today for a swiftly top, the store associate was extremely friendly and helpful in terms of helping me with what I found. Great shopping experience!

  Employees at this location lack professionalism, customer service skills, people skills and kindness, and maybe because I am person of color . Lady with the curly helped me first , she asked me for name and I said elisha thn she proceeds to say falisha …. And maybe she didn’t hear me , she could have asked me to repeat myself rather than saying the wrong name and not even apologizing. The other tall lady has some issues too . She didn’t ask me if I had any questions when I was deciding between 23’ and 25’ but I could see her giving me weird looks as if I was about to steal them . White ladies of this store , idk where you came from but this is not grants pass, junction city , or Redmond. You literally work at one of the most diverse parts of the city , so quit being racist.
