There were 4 ladies on the salesfloor and I didn't even get a hello when I walked in. No customers either...hopped next door to Maurices and they were sooo more friendly! Spent my money there.

I’m a nursing mom and was on the hunt for a new bra and when asking for help lady’s just looked at me and did nothing to help, didn’t even walk over. I was so thrown off and had to figure it out myself. I found a pair of spandex that I really loved and when asked if they had anymore they said they didn’t but then she came back and said “great news” she found a pair in clackamas and put them on hold so I got excited and was going to head over there. At checkout on there card reader screen it said “ sign up for emails and get 20% off “ and I signed up and could not find the code, so I asked the blond lady working at the register if she could help me find it. SHE JUST STOOD THERE AND DIDN’T SAY A WORD NOR HELPED ME FIND IT! After a few min of me looking for it she stayed silent the entire time. I use to work at customer service and that’s not how you should be treating your costumers! She genuinely looked so annoyed at me and for what! That same lady was the one who reserved my spandex at clackamas, and put in the completely wrong order!! I drove 25 min through traffic to get them and when I got there they showed me something completely different and said that’s the order she’d asked to put on hold. I was so upset….. Had to drive back home 1 hour through traffic which could have been preventable if she did her job correctly. Just completely wasted my time 👍🏻
