- GGGPVS1 day ago1.0While I still enjoy JCPenney in general, I do not think I will return to this location and suggest others do not as well (Or at the very least do returns somewhere else). I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with one of their “Pickup/Return” employees, Sandy. She was extremely dismissive, rude, and treated every question I had like it was stupid. I ultimately didn’t get my questions answered, didn’t get any help, and left in a worse mood than when I walked in. I will be doing my JCP-related business at the Clackamas location until further notice

Especially solid colored ties, and they were a bit oddly dispersed throughout the men's section making it a bit tough to wander around having to find where all the little spindles were. Other than that, I love the store when coming for own needs! Staff has always been pleasant as well!
