- MMMelisaOct 1, 20251.0This review is not based on the store but the company itself. I am from Washington and I placed an order online to pick up in store but I was still charged the sales tax. I’ve always picked up in Oregon and didn’t have to pay sales tax for other companies . I emailed the company only for them to say that my billing address was in Washington thus the sales tax and it didn’t matter if I picked it up in store. I sent another email only for them to not reply. After this experience, I don’t think I will be back.

Would not recommend if you’re looking for quality service, products seem great. Don’t usually write reviews but this experience stood out to me as one of the poorest I’ve encountered. Would love to see that improve, especially as a first time customer.
