    I can assure you with 100% certainty you do not need shoes bad enough to shop here. If you’re looking for a specific style (states available online), want some help or assistance in store — this isn’t for you. When I came in I anticipated having about 9 options available to me in store based on my online search — they didn’t have a single one. When I asked an employee for help (assumed I missed the aisle) she rolled her eyes as I showed her the site saying they had a ton of styles. She kept saying I had to pick a size and style — I don’t know what I need or wanted, I came in because the site said they had options. Well, it lied; and I got berated and treated poorly by staff because their website is poor. So I guess I’d highly advise ordering from Amazon as they’ll actually have what’s in stock on their site and give you better help (no help, but at least you don’t have to deal with staff who would rather set up a display than give any assistance in store). Hopefully this DSW closes soon like the one in north Portland!

    My only reason for 2 stars, as opposed to 1, the store is well organized. I was appalled at what DSW had devolved to. I'd best describe it as the place where shoes which are composed of plastic and cardboard go to die! And, sooooo expensive! Save yourself the trip and head next door to Nordstrom Rack. They sell real shoes.

    Shoe store, what else should I expect.. the female staff are a bit rude and unwilling to help. Continued to watch her just fiddle with a price sign rather than help anyone who came up to her. Find new staff 👎
