My daughter is preparing to serve a mission and wanted a set of boots that would be up to the task of the miles she will be putting on. Mary was amazing. Super nice, helpful, and full of wonderful thoughts and insight. She also showed her what products would work best to help her take care of them so that they would still look great and continue to function to their fullest. I wish every store I had to shop in had a version of Mary in them, it would make things so much better. Thank you Mary! On a side note, Parking was nice, having security was nice, and the store looked awesome! Will absolutely shop there again.

They gave me space, and two women complimented my 1461 Carrara shoes, recognizing them as a discontinued model and letting me know I had taken excellent care of them. Of course, they made me feel good. In the end, I only bought socks and some shoe care products from the brand, but I left with a very positive impression.
