The first thing she asked me when I stepped in to the store was “can I get you anything to drink?” These little details make a huge difference, and you immediately want to make a personal connection. This was my first time visiting a store (never really checked their website either other than Instagram ads). I spent an hour in store trying different items and became very indecisive at one point, but Asia has been so patient and kind to me (I would be annoyed by someone like me). She gave very good advice, and most importantly, tailored for one’s own style. I really enjoyed it and certainly developed long-term relationship with this brand. I’m sure I will be checking new styles and the website from now on.

We fully intended just to peek at a necklace I bought for a friends birthday online and from the second we stepped into the store we were greeted by Shaylee who was so incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming even knowing we were just in the store to see a necklace I’d already bought. I fell in love with another necklace and Shaylee kindly helped me try it on and really made me feel so beautiful in it! She brought champagne out for us while she wrapped up my purchase BEAUTIFULLY and these delicious chocolates and told us the story behind David Yurman which only made us love it more!
