The next day took her to use it fishing at the lake and the real/crank fell off due to a bolt not being tight and fell into the lake.... couldn't get back to return it as we don't live in a city with the store for about 45 days. I guess there return policy is 30 days. Which is ridiculous. They wouldn't evwn exchange it. Only used one time. Manager didnt care. I will never purchase from this store again.!!!

I left annoyed. Visit 2 weeks later. Great older gentlemen helped me immediately was nice, knew his products and I got the scope I wanted.
