Shirts were labeled incorrectly and when I went to return them they said this is the wrong tag for the shirt. I said I did not put the tag on the shirt your staff did, so they refused to exchange it or refund my money. I don't have any way to attach those tags to the shirts and they said sorry. They lost a great customer, so I will now purchase ALLmy CARHART shirts, pants ,jackets etc from Amazon. I will NEVER recommend this store to anyone ever. I will now donate the shirt to the humane society thrift store. Hope this store learns how to treat customers with more respect for their store employees screwups. If I could leave a review less than 1 I would of.
