When we returned to the store the two girls helping us explained she was the general manager and so we were wrong. I am 100% sure the entire staffs lack of knowledge is not helping our small mall keep shoppers. Do better AE, and remember kindness & respect goes along way. I can always order AE online and take all my returns to your store, but I love brick & mortar stores, do better so people will continue to shop in stores!

I know that if I stop going to the store, it won't affect them, but as a brand, the store should take responsibility for the type of people they have working there. I def don't recommend coming to this store at all.
