As I got to the check-stand, I was left alone there for a moment until I had to call for their attention. Arlet was in another room. I never had a problem with discounts, up until recently. No one told me they changed policy. Arlet requested I provide pay-stop, work ID and badge number. I had never done this before, with my previous purchases. It was very abrupt, with how she discussed it. Being a long time customer, it makes me never want to go back. Her tone and attitude was unprofessional, and leaving us unattended for us to wait long enough just so we could call her is no great. Her tone changed once I told her I needed a 10% discount because I work in the healthcare. Supposedly arlet spoke to the “manager assistant” and we ended up no where anyway. It did not even last that long, maybe 1-2mins. Nor any assistant manager came out to discuss about the policy. Arlet appeared in a rush. It was completely quiet. My daughter also attended and recognized errors. If this policy was being enforced or is new, Arlet should be introducing it at the very beginning that the policy made some changes. ( I think this experience was weird. I dont like the tone and the service she gave to my mom. I miss the other associates. 😔 Tristen hiiii we miss u )
