  I couldn’t be happier! My father took me to Skeie’s Jewelers today, and I finally got the watch I’ve been dreaming about for so long. The entire experience was truly exceptional. The team at Skeie’s was incredibly professional and attentive — they carefully adjusted the bracelet to fit my wrist perfectly and patiently explained how to use the GMT function in a way that was easy to understand. Their warm attitude and genuine care made this purchase even more special. It’s rare to meet a team that treats every customer with such respect and sincerity. I left the store not just with a beautiful watch, but with a memorable experience.   I’m currently a student in Eugene, and my first visit to Skeie’s Jewelers was about two months ago. That was when I met Hayley. I mentioned to her that November is my birthday month and that I hoped to buy a Datejust as a birthday gift to myself. Today, I finally brought home the 41mm Datejust I had been dreaming about, and I couldn’t be happier. What truly stood out to me throughout this experience was Hayley’s professionalism, sincerity, and genuine care. Even though I’m just a young guy who looks pretty ordinary, she remembered my request from two months ago and treated it with the same attention and respect as any major client. You can genuinely feel how much the team at Skeie’s values every customer who walks through their doors. The atmosphere is warm, the service is thoughtful, and the attention to detail is exceptional. Hayley went above and beyond to make this birthday gift truly special, and I am incredibly grateful.   I had such a great experience working with Hayley at Skeie’s Jewelers! I stopped by the store just to browse and ended up learning so much from her. She was incredibly professional, patient, and honest, never once making me feel pressured to buy. Her passion for watches really shows, and she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect piece. The whole team at Skeie’s made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in — it’s clear they truly care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases and highly recommend asking for Hayley if you visit!And hopefully I will have a chance purchase a nice Rolex watch for me someday!

  My experience with Skeie’s Jewelers has been nothing short of exceptional! I first got in touch with Hayley over the phone when I was inquiring about a Rolex I wanted to purchase for my mother. From that very first conversation, Hayley impressed me with her kindness, patience, and deep product knowledge. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made me feel completely confident and comfortable. When I finally had the opportunity to visit the store in person, I was even more impressed. The entire Skeie’s team was incredibly warm and welcoming, creating an atmosphere that felt as if I had been a long-time customer, even though it was my first visit. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality truly stood out. After some patient waiting, Hayley and the team helped me secure the Rolex I had been hoping to give my mother — and seeing her joy made it all worth it. From that moment on, Skeie’s Jewelers has become the only place I trust for any watch or jewelry purchase. They uphold all the standards expected of an authorized Rolex dealer, while going above and beyond in offering honest, personalized, and exceptional customer service.   Skeie doesn't represent a brand. I hope Rolex is looking into this. I will email Rolex US to bring to their attention. Skeie should be investigated. In 2021, I worked with Lexi in the hope of buying a gold watch. I was looking for a yellow gold date day in a black dial with a diamond. I have visited the showroom a few times. Each visit, she took down my name and phone number. I checked back every 6 months; however, each time I did, it got pushed to the following year. In 2025, that's after four years, I escalated to a manager, Andrew. When I talked to Andrew in June 2025, he said it seems like, for that particular watch, I will be looking for another 2 years. This doesn't represent Rolex. When it comes to communication, Skeie's Jewelers has zero communication. They don't intend to sell it or have any interest in helping. I understand some watches are hard to get, which I also told them I am open to any other dial. Many of you might have thought Why did I spend this much effort in a business for a watch. I am just disappointed that I spent that much time patiently waiting for their lips to promise, but no delivery. Rolex, this is a great AD example to be investigated.
