In 2021, I worked with Lexi in the hope of buying a gold watch. I was looking for a yellow gold date day in a black dial with a diamond. I have visited the showroom a few times. Each visit, she took down my name and phone number. I checked back every 6 months; however, each time I did, it got pushed to the following year. In 2025, that's after four years, I escalated to a manager, Andrew. When I talked to Andrew in June 2025, he said it seems like, for that particular watch, I will be looking for another 2 years. This doesn't represent Rolex. When it comes to communication, Skeie's Jewelers has zero communication. They don't intend to sell it or have any interest in helping. I understand some watches are hard to get, which I also told them I am open to any other dial. Many of you might have thought Why did I spend this much effort in a business for a watch. I am just disappointed that I spent that much time patiently waiting for their lips to promise, but no delivery. Rolex, this is a great AD example to be investigated.
