She took the jacket and said that she would check for me. She checked back in with me and said that there was one other one in the store and she'd look for it. Low and behold, she found it, and it was the correct size! Honestly, I was shocked that she put that much effort into it. Usually store employees just say, "everything is out on the floor" or "there's nothing in stock, what you see is all there is." These kinds of statements make me feel put-off, like they just don't want to take the time to look. It did take some time for her to find it, but well worth it! The jacket was amazing, and I must say, looked fab on me (not much does anymore)! Anyway, she went above and beyond and I really appreciated it! Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but we were there on 9/26/2025 around 4-5pm.

They no longer have a designated spot for online pickup orders & so I had to stand in the long line with everyone else just for a simple 1- item pickup that was already paid for. This service definitely needs to be brought back. Don’t utilize this service if you’re in a rush, or if your pickup is later in the day.
